Luxurious & spacious log cabin rental. Family friendly. Lots of amenities.
4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms 1 playpen. Entire cabin very spacious and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry amenities. Cozy fireplace! BBQ and large back deck area! 4 miles from town with great restaurants! Over occupancy requests require a $75.00 additional fee each night.
I stayed here the night before my wedding with all of my bridesmaids and the home was absolutely perfect. Lots of room for everyone, beautiful logs inside were great for photos of us getting ready! Wish we could have stayed longer.
My friends and I stayed here for our annual golf trip. Place was very clean, close to all the courses, several bedrooms, and very peaceful in the setting in which it is located. I would highly recommend starting here if your in need of a cabin in the Graeagle area.
Great location close to all of the golf courses.. House is roomy and clean. . Only drawback was no live TV to watch the football games in the afternoon..
Home is located in sparsely populated area about five minutes outside Graegle. Nicely appointed and comfortable. Would be good for potential renters to know that TV is not connected to any service.
We have all spent a ton of time in the Sierras but never near Clio and we absolutely loved it! The cabin feels so remote and there are no rear neighbors so you'll have total privacy as you relax on the large deck. Really the whole area feels very remote and way less crowded than anywhere near Shasta or Tahoe--which is especially nice during COVID. We mostly relaxed, played games and cooked at the cabin but there are tons of great hikes, fishing and restaurants very nearby. We especially loved the Brewing Lair Brewery in Blairsden. It's only a few minutes away and is buried in the woods with an expansive property that makes it very easy to spread out. It made for a fun Sunday after a big hike on Saturday. We look forward to going back so we can keep exploring in the area. And the owner, Jami, is lovely and very responsive. She even left us some decorations because she knew we were celebrating my husband's 50th birthday.
Visited the cabin last week for a four night stay while playing golf in Truckee, Portola, and Graeagle. Perfect, central location. Accommodated six of us comfortably.
Communication with Jami was easy and seamless. Would highly recommend. Cooked dinner at the cabin each night and everything we needed was there.
We traveled to CA to attend our nephewâs wedding. The house was the perfect spot, just 20 minutes from the venue. Beautiful big deck for sun bathing and having breakfast. Wish we could have stayed longer!
Very large house in Clio with a lot of privacy. Our golf group raved about the size of the rooms and the ability to spread out. The kitchen was stocked for everything you needed for an extended stay. We only wished the main living room had larger sitting ability and the outside too, but this is a delightful place with great views of the mountains.
Perfect for 2 families with four small children for a weekend sledding trip. Rustic charm but extremely comfortable, spacious, and cozy. Jami was very responsive throughout. Beauty rear deck with great views. Close to Johnsonville Ski Bowl which is perfect for kids sledding.
We loved this house! It was so cozy and peaceful. The host is incredibly responsive and sweet. Also loved the area, it was so fun to go and explore. The back porch wis definitely the highlight of the house!
Jami the host/owner was great. Very easy to work with and very responsive to questions. The house is very cool on a great remote lot in the woods. Kids loved playing in the âforest back yardâ. Deck is huge and a great space to relax. Just a couple of constructive criticisms. The house seems to be a home the owners live in on a fairly regular basis, but itâd be nice to have the closets and other areas free of personal clothes, coats, and other âstuffâ. The house could also use a thorough cleaning and a fresh coat of paint indoors. Lastly, I understand itâs the remote forest, but adding a paved driveway or at least gravel in front of the house would greatly cut down on the very powdery dust that makes it near impossible to keep shoes, clothes, and the inside of the house clean. Overall, weâd definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay for large group. 8 adult guys went for four day golfing trip. Close to courses great mountain location. We would certainly stay here again!
We gathered for a family wedding, and enjoyed eating and activities in the area. the dark night skies were the main event as we have an astronomer in the family. Lovely and very comfortable cabin - highly recommend!
A comfortable well-provisioned home that welcomes you the minute you step through the front door. Spacious inside, but not cold because of the large log framing and warm wood paneled walls. The spacious deck beckons you to spend quality time together, especially in the evenings. And to share the site surrounded with a forest of tall pines that you get to view at mid-height was a special treat. If you are a musical family that enjoys raising the decibel levels a bit, this is an ideal setting with no worries about upsetting the neighbors.
Great view from the back deck and smell of the pines. Well built log cabin.
Great cabin! Enjoyed the large deck out back with privacy from neighbors. Location was perfect for us. We had a group of seven men for golf trip and was easy to get to multiple golf courses. Cabin was comfortable with nice bar, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable. Only negatives: The driveway is dirt/ gravel so maybe muddy during winter dusty in dry season. The yard could use some clean up.
