Welcome to Playa Fiesta (Beach Party!) - let your vacation begin in this amazing 7th floor condo where you see the sand, surf and sky through the wall of floor to ceiling windows the minute you walk in.

The colorful kitchen invites you to make anything your culinary expertise will allow - fully furnished and equipped with cookware, glassware, dinnerware. Of course if cooking on vacation isn't your thing – use the ASAP or DoorDash apps, or many of the local restaurants deliver themselves - delivery or pick up to go.

Each comfortable and spacious bedroom has a queen bed. The master has balcony access as well. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa (if you are not an early morning person, though, please note that the gorgeous window wall invites the gulf sunshine. There are light difusing but not room darkening window treatments - so it will likely be bright in the mornings. There's also a chaise in this room so everyone can gather for a family game night, rowdy card game or great conversation. The living room, dining area and kitchen are open so everyone is "together" whether watching TV,. playing cards, working a puzzle or fixing your next gourmet meal in the well-appointed kitchen.

The complex has a pool and hot tub, and a direct beach walkover to the sand. There are umbrella, chairs and bicycles for rent - please ensure you give the front desk your payment method as you cannot bill these to your room in this privately owned and professionally managed condo. These expenses are your financial responsibility.

This complex does not have laundry facilities available to guests. Many local laundrymat/washateria facilities offer laundry by the pound service, or we can make arrangements with one of our housekeeping contractors for a pick-up/drop off service for a fee if that is more convenient for you.

We will email you check-in instructions, and we are a phone call away - but we leave our guests to enjoy their stay unless they need us for any reason.

After making your reservation you will receive a link to complete our renters agreement. The only information we request differently than the booking platforms (VRBO/AirBnB) is your personal email address, the names and ages of each person who will be in the property during your stay, and your driver’s license information as well as an emergency contact should we need to reach someone on your behalf. Thank you for completing this in a timely manner so that we may send you the check-in instructions for the property you have reserved.

Galveston is a barrier island in Texas located on the Gulf of Mexico. From time to time we have unexpected rain, thunderstorms, and sometimes we do have tropical storms and hurricanes. From time to time there may be brief interruptions in electricity and WiFi services due to weather. You should consider purchasing trip interruption or cancelation protection through the platforms or another source. We are unable to guarantee sunny days, mosquito free nights and perfect weather, nor do we refund for these possibilities. We issue refunds in the event of mandatory evacuations issued by a governmental agency, or for the property being unavailable due to damages and extended power outages.

For all reservations made directly through our website and through VRBO, there is a $300 security deposit “hold” required. You certainly can purchase trip cancellation/interruption coverage through those platforms as well if you so desire, this is a damage “deposit” hold. This is released once our housekeepers advise that the property has been left in the condition received with no damages occurring during your stay. This is not a charge, but a hold on the credit card on file with which the reservation is made.
