Beautifully maintained and spacious 4 bedroom single story home in the exclusive gated vacation resort community of High Grove.Two large master bedrooms with en-suite . Two further twin bedded rooms with modern furniture.Upgraded brand new Stainless Steel kitchen appliances. Open plan living/dining/kitchen area with a very useful pool bathroom, and games room. Nice ,modern wood plank effect floor tiling in main living areas.

Great stay at a great vacation home

Great place to stay on our long get away. Kids had a great time in the pool. We did pay extra to have the pool heated which was definitely a necessity this time of year. Everything in the list is accurate and overall we had a great time.

Beautiful home

The house was beautifully set up and very clean, my family and I enjoyed staying in this vacation home! We will definitely be back next year! Daren was very polite and helpful! Thank you for the amazing hospitality! Definitely recommend staying here

Clean, Comfortable & Excellent Location

This home was very clean, layout was excellent and comfortable and the location to dining, restaurants and Disney Theme Parks was Fantastic. Excellent and quick communication with owner. Definitely will stay again!

Very nice place

Everything was great as well as the host. No issues with the property or house. The only bad thing was neighbors 2 houses down were up screaming yelling until 2-3am a couple nights and it sounded like they were right outside our door because they were so loud. We would definitely stay again and just hope we don’t have inconsiderate people around us.

Perfect property!

We had a fabulous time here! It was clean and had everything we needed. Daren was super easy to work with and was very accommodating. We loved our stay. Thanks so much, if we are ever in the area again we’d love to stay again.

House was good choice for our stay.

Had a little issue with noisy next door neighbors that moved in two days before we left. Loud music on Friday night and Saturday during the day. Enough that we went to the clubhouse and complained about it. Either nothing was done about it or they ignored because the noise continued.

Beautiful house in a small gated community. Very quiet. Loved the set up ,House had everything we needed and more . Owner was very responsive . Great house for our family vacation!

Wonderful stay!

We had a absolutely wonderful stay. The House is in a small quite gated community. It was well equipped with everything you can think of. I would definitely stay here again :)

Best Experience Using VRBO So Far!

The property is in a small, gated community and was exactly what we viewed in the pictures. When we walked in, the place was spotless and smelled like it had just been deep cleaned. The house layout is nice with plenty of room and the pool with spa is even better. The pool table in the garage is definitely not a high quality table or level but we played tons of games on it. The homes all look the same in this neighborhood and are pretty close together but the neighborhood was so quiet you do not notice. The best part of the trip was Daren! He responds immediately starting with my first request to book. After I booked the first house he contacted me accepting the request but shortly after that informed me that there was a mistake and the house was already rented for those days. He apologized and offered a full refund. Keep in mind this was a last minute trip for us (1 week before travel) and being spring break there were not a lot of places available. He offered to check on other homes. Within an hour he offered this property which was more money but he adjusted to match the price to the first house. Daren got everything set up and sent me the details. The day before we were supposed to arrive he sent a message confirming everything was ready to go and that Florida was having some cold nights lately so he put the cover on the pool and turned the heater on for us. Keep in mind we opted NOT to pay for the extra charge for the pool heater. Then the day of travel I told him we were not going to arrive until later in the evening and he responds with “I stopped by and turned the lights on for you.” Finally, he stopped by to check in on us and make sure everything was good. I can’t say enough about this guy and wish all VRBO hosts were like him!

Wonderful stay!

The weather was beautiful and so was the house. We appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked, with plenty of plastic dishware to use on the patio. We enjoyed the pool and spa every day. The week ended too soon. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future booking.

What an amazing home

We stayed here with our two children over Christmas break. The house was very very clean and you could tell that they clean and sanitized everything. The pool was one of the best features. It was really nice to be able to swim and go in the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable
