The property has a private double garage plus two additional carparks on site — plenty of space for multiple vehicles. Entry is via a keypad (with security camera at the front door), so there is no need to arrange a key collection. Check-in is easy and flexible.

Ground Floor
The open-plan ground floor is comfortable and well set up for groups. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, rice cooker and all the essentials you need to cook and dine in. A dining area seats the group comfortably.

The living room has a large sofa bed, flatscreen TV, and air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and warm in cooler months. A king sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping option, making this floor flexible for larger groups.

Step outside to a private backyard/patio with a seating area — a great spot to relax or enjoy a morning coffee.

Guests have full access to the entire property across both levels — including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, patio, garage, and car parks.

Entry is via a secure keypad at the front door — no key collection required. Your personal access code will be sent to you prior to arrival. No need to meet anyone on the day.

The property is spread across two levels. The ground floor holds the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located upstairs via a staircase.

A double garage and two additional outdoor car parks are included — all on site and at no extra charge. Plenty of room for groups arriving in more than one vehicle.

Richmond is a quiet, residential inner suburb of Christchurch. Please keep noise to a reasonable level after 10:00 pm. Respect for neighbours is appreciated at all times.

We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
