Located on the aptly named Tranquillity Lane and approached via an attractive curved circular driveway, Sunsara is a perfectly proportioned single storey Grace Bay villa situated within an acre of well-tended, mature tropical grounds.



Classically styled interiors with a hint of Indonesian zen – teak and mango wood furnishings and floors offset by soft creams and hints of turquoise - create a cool, calming backdrop to laid-back days in the sun. Outside, enjoy over 6,000 sq ft of exterior living space for entertaining.

**The check-in time is 15:00hrs and checkout time is 11:00hrs.

Guests who wish to depart after or before these times are advised to extend their stay at time of booking. Applicable per day rates may apply.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate early arrivals and late departures subject to availability



** December arrivals not staying for the new year period, must depart on or before December 27, 2026

** There is a 10 night minimum stay for all arrivals on December 24, 2026 and December 25, 2026



Payment Policy:


* Full payment is required 65 days prior to arrival for all stays between January 5 and December 18. 


* Required a full pre-payment for each booking ninety (90) days prior to guests’ arrival for booking Holiday period December 19 – January 3


* Reservations that are not fully paid by the due date will be cancelled.
