Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence, except for the LOWER YARD which remains inaccessible for guests. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.
We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.
Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended to explore Arvada, Denver, and the surrounding Front Range comfortably. Major roads including I-70, US-36, and Wadsworth Boulevard provide convenient access to downtown Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, and nearby mountain destinations. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are widely available, and Denver International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away for convenient travel access.

~We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Backyard Access: Please do not use the gates located on the sides of the house. Access to the backyard should be through the sliding glass door only. Guests are also welcome to use the cornhole stuff located in the backyard.
Garage Use Policy: The garage is provided solely for access to the washer and dryer. It is not available for vehicle parking, storage of personal belongings, or any other use.
Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.
Type of Cooling for the Home
The air conditioners are not meant to run constantly. Please do not run both the living room unit and bedroom units at the same time. When running the Living room unit please close all other doors in the house. When running bedroom units please close the bedrooms doors. Please do not run the bedroom units when not in the bedrooms. Please turn off all units when not in the house or individual rooms. Please run the units in 2-3 hour stretches only and give time for the units to cool down between usage

-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
