Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The door/locking instructions were clearly provided in the check-in information sent before arrival. Regarding the oven and microwave, these are standard appliances with straightforward controls, and I was available throughout the stay if any assistance was needed. There were also two different sets of bedding available for the queen bed, with additional sheets stored in the closet for guests to use depending on their preference. The property accommodates a maximum of 3 guests, and cutlery was provided accordingly. Disposable cutlery was also supplied as an additional option, as many guests find it convenient. I always encourage guests to contact me during their stay if something is unclear or if they need anything, as most concerns can be resolved very quickly.

Checkout instructions were sent directly to you the day before checkout, so it is incorrect to state that no checkout information was provided. I was also available throughout your stay and responded whenever assistance was requested. Regarding parking, the underground parking was offered to you FREE of charge as a courtesy so that you would not have to pay the high cost of street parking. Opening the garage for you was something I was doing to accommodate you and save you money. Regarding your concern about mobile data costs, I specifically offered you a hotspot device so you would not have to use expensive international mobile data. As for the equipment, the condo has standard household equipment such as a thermostat and microwave, which are generally straightforward to operate. More importantly, I was available throughout the stay, and if you were unsure how to use anything, you could simply have contacted me and I would have been happy to assist. I acknowledge your comments regarding the hangers, stored items, towels and cleanliness, and these will be reviewed and addressed. A written information folder may also be helpful for future guests. I welcome constructive feedback, but I also believe it is important that the full circumstances are represented accurately, including the checkout instructions, free underground parking, hotspot offered to avoid data charges, and assistance that was available throughout your stay.

Regarding the parking, I provided complimentary underground parking as an added convenience. Street parking in the area can be expensive and would require guests to park farther away and walk. Although the garage required me to open it remotely, I was available throughout your stay and responded promptly whenever access was needed. Basic toilet paper and paper products were provided based on the short duration of the stay. As with many short-term rentals, additional personal supplies may be required depending on each guest’s individual needs and usage. Regarding the towels, bath towels were provided, and when you asked about additional towels, I immediately offered to bring more. I was happy to accommodate the request, so there was no need to feel that contacting me would have been a bother. I also appreciate the suggestion regarding written building and emergency instructions and will take that into consideration for future guests.
