The perfect home for your family or work colleagues! There's space for everyone with 2 living rooms, 3 TVs, a large fridge, dishwasher, big yard and a pool! Centrally located in downtown Burlington with easy access to QEW, 403 & 407, and walking distance to Spencer Smith waterfront park, festivals, Mapleview mall, Burlington beaches. High speed internet and dedicated workspace make it easy to work from home while the kids play in the pool! The house is fully equipped - just bring your clothes!

No part of the property is shared with anyone else. Guests will have full, private access to the entire house, back and front yards.
The garage is not available to guests and is locked.
My co-host Matt is always available to help guests. I live nearby and am sometimes available to pop over.
Located on a quiet, tree-lined residential street in downtown Burlington. Easy access to QEW, 403 & 407. Walking distance to Spencer Smith waterfront park, festivals, Mapleview mall, Burlington beaches.
There's ample parking in the driveway and on the street (observe the street parking signs though!)
The nearest transit stop is a 2 minute walk from the house. More details about the transit system are available from the Burlington Transit website.
The Burlington Go Station is 10 minutes by transit or a 5 minute drive.
All guests must provide valid, government issued photo ID.
We do not allow parties or any excessive noise. Guests found in violation will have their reservations canceled without a refund.
âą NO PARTIES! Loud and/or excessive noise will not be tolerated and is monitored via the noise monitor. Guests found partying or making excessive noise will be immediately evicted, without refund.
âą All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation; max number of overnight guests is 8.
âą Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID at the time of booking and are required to present that same piece of ID on check in.
âą Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cannabis, etc.) is not permitted inside my home. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for smoking inside plus any costs to remove the smoke from my home, per occurrence. Guests are welcome to smoke outside provided the butts are disposed of in an ashtray and regularly put in the trash.
âą Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property.
âą Children and infants are welcome in the home; however, no childproofing is in place. Guests are responsible for childproofing the home as they see fit. The host bears no responsibility in this regard. Any permanent modification to childproof requires host approval prior to their installation.
âą Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. Visitors to the guests should not exceed 4 (for a max number of 12 people in my home at any one time).
âą Guests must treat my home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around.
âą Please do not stain the white towels â a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels â regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead.
âą Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher -please do not wash dishes by hand - except for wooden items. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is under the sink.
âą Wipe counters and cooktop after cooking and clean them on checkout.
âą Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans.
âą Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage bins.
âą Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard.
âą Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds 4 or when requested. Please, 2 Large towels, 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth per guest.
âą All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. There are makeup removing wipes above the towels in the bathroom.
âą Laundry detergent and bounce sheets are provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. Leave the washing machine door slightly open when finished. Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use.
âą Late check outs and early check ins are challenging since the listing is often booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check in and/or late check out may range from $50 up to the nightly rate of the reservation.
âą Lost keys and/or garage remotes charge is $250 per instance.
âą For monthly guests: Obligatory biweekly cleaning at an additional cost of $250/cleaning. Matt will coordinate with you on the best time for housekeeping as well as the preferred payment method.
âą All guests are liable for any and all damage including legal fees.
