The space
Welcome to your Sunshine Coast getaway in Peregian Springs, a modern, family-friendly home designed for relaxation, fun, and easy coastal living. With four bedrooms, a separate study with a double pull-out mattress, two bathrooms (plus an outdoor shower), and a spacious open-plan kitchen perfect for entertaining, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy their stay. The study also works well as a quiet space for work, reading, or additional sleeping.

Outside, you’ll find two generous entertaining areas, a private pool, fire pit, a large new BeefEater BBQ, and a Gozney pizza oven for relaxed evenings at home. Kids (and big kids) will love the trampoline and sandpit. For families travelling with little ones, we’ve also included a cot, highchair, board games, toys, and pool toys so everyone is catered for.

Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home is just minutes from Peregian Beach, Coolum Beach, and Noosa, as well as great cafés, shops, markets, and the Sunshine Coast Airport. Guests have full access to the house and outdoor areas (excluding the garage).

Beaches
• South Coolum – fantastic for kids, with rock pools and plenty to explore.
• First Bay – good for surfing depending on the swell, and great for kids at low tide.
• Noosa Main Beach – probably the most beautiful beach on the east coast of Australia, calm and perfect for swimming, but it gets really busy and parking can be tough, so midweek visits are best.
