This upmarket area is a quiet location, residential and family orientated, a great community, safe and secure.

The Studio is offered as a private and exclusive stay to guests only, all of the Studio is available to the guests, the house is well seperated however unaccessible from the studio. Checking in is easy with basic keypad entrance and keysafe access for keys. Park right at the Studio entrance gate and your there, your own enchanted stay.

This fresh, clean, contempoary 1 Bedroom fully self contained studio ticks all the boxes when looking for a luxurious stay. Convieniently located and close to beaches and Cape Woolamai shops, exploring the Island from here will be a breeze.

This is a great escape for up to 2 people. Couples will revel in the comfort and styling offered here, a new comfortable Queen bed with all the linens fresh and clean are provided, ultra fast internet and smart t.v to compliment day to day activities, catch up as necessary with your digital life with enough space to work from and still feel relaxed and on your time.

Fully equipped with all modern features and new amenities, everything is provided, the functional kitchen, laundry with easy to use washer and dryer, beautiful modern interior area's like the bathroom and shower for 2, make this functionable just like as normal residence.

Complimentary coffee, cafe machine and tea, even qaulity soap and shampoo, are some of the little extra's that make the studio feel like home.

The Race track, Nobbies and penguin parade, all townships and natural attractions are all easy to get to from here.

San Remo is a vibrant redefined area with a great supermarket and eateries, stroll the jetty and feed the pelicans, only some of the fun things to find just in San Remo!

Getting to Cowes and the main township is only 10mins away, in fact all corners of the Island are with 10-15mins from this location. Coles, Woolworths, all the major shops you will need are on the Island and within easy reach as too are safe beaches, surf beaches, attractions and things to do. You'll need more than one visit to take in this one amazing island.

In Cape Woolamai you are a short distance to the renowned local Colonnades Beach and world famous Woolamai Surf Beach and life saving club, find safe swimming beaches in the beautiful bay facing San Remo and Newhaven or head off to your favorite beach like the pristine sands of Ventnor beach or the quintessential front beach in Cowes, find your place on Phillip Island.
