Safely nestled in the hills of Indian Wells, this 1/1 condo has been highly upgraded with new flooring, Floor to Ceiling Shutters, for Views or Privacy,
2 Ceiling Fans, Granite Countertops, King Size Plush Bed and 2 Wall-Mounted Televisions. Cable, Roku, Wifi included. Digital Fireplace completes a cozy,
romantic ambience . Sliding Glass doors open to an Outside patio which sports a full size BBQ and Table for 4.
Enjoy early morning coffee or 5 O'clock cocktails on the patio which has a view
of the mountains. This condo is on the 1st floor, of 2, making it easy to take your
little friend out when he/she needs to go. There are 3 sparkling pools to choose from and your personal rose garden .(Seasonal) Laundry Room (inside the unit) has full-size washer/dryer and storage cabinets. Master closet has been customized . Walk to 4 Restaurants (1 mile) . Vons Grocery has an in-store STARBUCKS for your morning coffee! The adjacent bakery is amazing......and they serve breakfast and lunch! This is a non-

California Tour

The unit had everything you need. Very comfortable bed and large bath with shower as well as a nice patio. Location convenient to any store or restaurant you could want. And a lovely setting next to golf course.

Escape from the cold!

This is such a darling little gem. Our host, Mary Sue was so gracious! It was a delightful experience and so well equipped. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Great Host!

We had never been to Palm Springs before and really enjoyed our stay at this property. Mary Sue and Ric are great hosts. When we checked in, they had left a bottle of red wine for us to enjoy. They were very gracious and kind hosts. We will be back and would most definitely stay here again.

Wonderful extended stay at in Mountain Cove

Beautifully remodeled Condo in the gated community of Mountain Cove in Indian Wells. Perfect spot for me (a senior golfer) and my quiet, house-trained Mini Australian Shepherd. Condo is beautiful and has everything you could possible want - just bring your toothbrush! New, nice washer/dryer in the unit. Nice patio. Very nice community 3 nice community pools to choose from. And Mary Sue was the perfect host.

We were in Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas. This property was an easy 5min drive from the tennis garden, which helped us get in and out easily. The condo is well appointed and Mary Sue left goodies for us to feel extra welcome. We hope to be back!

Wonderful condo and gracious host!

This was our first time staying in a VRBO and Mary Sue made our stay a wonderful experience! She went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable, from the welcoming flowers to leaving a variety of treats. The unit itself was perfect for our two week stay. Very clean, comfortable and a great location in Indian Wells. Thanks Mary Sue, we’ll be back some day!!

Dessert Stay

My wife and I wanted to spend some time in the Palm Springs area, and this Condo worked out wonderfully for us. The condo was emaculate, and Mary Sue was a wonderful host. The condo is in a great location with restaurants and stores within walking distance. The gated community was very well maintained and the nearby rock formations provide a wonderful background. We will definitely book again for a future visit.

A week in the desert

I can’t find enough good things to say about this condo. Mary Sue is an amazing host and she made our stay easy and pleasant. Upon arrival we discovered chilled wine in the fridge, fresh roses in the living room and bedroom, and a well stocked kitchen. The outside patio is large and private and the resort even had EV charging site for our Tesla. On a scale of 1-5 I’d give this unit a 10, and hope we can return soon!

Perfect Location, Perfect Condo!!

Thoroughly enjoyed out stay at this property. Close proximity to the parking lot and pool!! Place was very clean and fully stocked on all toiletries! Lovely patio lots of chairs and eating table and private! Highly recommend as the place to stay for a couple of weeks!!

Beautiful Getaway

This was a perfect little getaway for my husband and I. The bed was so comfortable, the towels were super plush, the laundry was a plus for drying our suits after swimming in the pool with the most amazing view. The view from the patio was also stunning. The design was beautiful. Mary Sue had chilled wine, glasses and snacks ready for our arrival. We felt spoiled. I would and will highly recommend this place to anyone.

What a great host and property! Mary Sue is the best. She pays attention to all vacation details and greets you with flowers, treats, local fruit and more……condo was super clean and had EVERYTHING we could need and more. We would highly recommend and can’t wait to come back.

Fabulous Find!

This was such a nice place to stay and unwind. Comfortable, clean, stylish and well stocked. Loved evenings lounging on the patio or the sofa. Between the large slider and the ceiling fans, I never even needed ac and could listen to the amazing bird song. The hosts were thoughtful and communicative and answered any question I had. Great place!!

Very cute condo!

This condo was a dream! We enjoyed every minute staying there. The owners are so easy to communicate with. The condo is clean, kitchen well stocked and the bed was comfy. Mary Sue even had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine on our arrival! The location couldn’t have been better too! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Easy to get around and totally secure. Loved the swimming pools too! I highly recommend it!

Nothing but Problems

From the very first day, there were problems. Closet door and Screen door needed to be fixed. Pots with no covers, Knives that were dull, couldn't cut anything with them, Washing Machine leaked, had to be replaced. Best of all a Bed that was so lumpy that It had to be replaced after complaining several times. I got a sore back from it. Turned out that the Owners had bought the place as an investment and as items broke, they were fixed. Spoke with Owner several times. Now this property is better than we rated it. Many items that we experienced being broke have been fixed or replaced. Unfortunately we were the ones to have to put up with all the problems.

Wonderful Desert Dwelling!

I was lucky enough to stay three weeks at this lovely condo and it was the perfect place to stay! The condo is furnished and decorated beautifully and Mary Sue is an amazing host! The community the condo is in surrounded by desert mountains, so you feel a part of the landscape. I can't say enough about how great this condo is and how comfortable and cozy my stay was! It's furnished with everything you could possibly need, and the patio is such a relaxing space. You can feel the love that was put into this property!

Paradise

This condo is exactly as described and more. Mary Sue adds personal touches I have never received at other vacation rentals. There were fresh flowers, a pizza and drinks in the fridge for dinner the first night and even treats for our dog! The location is quiet and the décor is updated, lovely and comfortable. Plenty of room for two people and a pet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo.

Everything was perfect!!!!!

What a fabulous, bright, clean condo. So many amazing touches, including fresh flowers, cold beverages, snacks and wine upon arrival. Fully accessorized with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor patio was private and lovely! We’d can’t wait to come back!

Wow!

Our condo was even better than we expected. We've stayed at many beautiful VRBO condos, but this one is in a category of it's own! Mary Sue put extra care into readying the condo (fresh flowers, treats, welcome sign). Also, it's location was idea (close to shopping, highways, Palm Springs, etc) We can't wait to go back.

I was impressed at first sight with this condo. The Seller owned several of these units and had remodeled them. This was my favorite......besides being near the mountains, it had a wonderfully romantic digital fireplace set against a stacked stone wall with a mounted television over it. It's uniquely compact and we added even more upgrades to make this
a comfortable and inviting Get-Away. There are 100's of ways to play here in Indian Wells or just settle in and relax here.....it's Peaceful.......

Are you a Golfer? It doesn't get much better than this. There are over 100 Courses to choose from in the Coachella Valley. We have hiking, a Zoo, 3 sparkling pools on property, Shopping Centers until you drop and Restaurants with some of the most gifted Chefs in the world. Just 1.2 miles away is a Vons with a Starbucks....a wonderful bakery,
Pilates, Used Bookstore, Sports Bar and 3 other Restaurants.....Bring your bike or walk!
Mountain Cove at Indian Wells is a Non-Smoking Complex. Love Tennis? Indian Wells Tennis Garden is about 2 mile away.....Come watch the Pros!
