Coyote Ridge est une maison de vacances de luxe conçue avec le charme et la beauté du vieil ouest. Avec la popularité du parc national de Zion, pourquoi ne pas marcher dans le parc directement depuis cette maison. Vous pouvez accéder à des sentiers comme le bord est, la montagne du câble et notre point d'observation préféré de ce quartier Pas de navette, pas de foule. Coyote Ridge a quatre chambres et 3. 5 salles de bains. Nous pouvons accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes dans des lits.

Nous avons une cuisine entièrement meublée et une grande cheminée à gaz en pierre. Deux télévisions par satellite avec lecteur DVD et une sélection de films. Il y a un grand balcon à l'avant et une très grande terrasse pouvant accueillir de grandes fêtes. Coyote Ridge est assis sur un acre qui donne sur un espace ouvert pour vous offrir cette véritable expérience de montagne. Il y a un grand barbecue à gaz et des sièges en plein air pour les dîners de montagne en soirée. Il y a un excellent accès à la forêt environnante / au pays du plateau et à Sion pour la randonnée, le VTT, l'équitation, la photographie et de superbes visites. Situé pour faire des excursions d'une journée au parc national de Bryce moins d'une heure, Zion à distance de marche, le North Rim Grand Canyon 2 heures, le lac Powell 2 heures, le lac Navajo et bien d'autres sites à voir dans la région.

Excellent Stay!

We were so glad that we chose to stay in this beautiful quiet house on the east side versus in Springdale. The drive through the park to get to the house is breathtaking and the house has absolutely everything you need including a tremendous amount of space in addition to being very clean. The view in the mornings of the sunset was amazing and the hot tub was perfect after long days of hiking. Would definitely return and recommend to others. Side note: If it has been raining or there is any mud definitely consider getting a ride with the Ponderosa Ranch up to East Mesa Trailhead/ Observation point rather than trying to drive yourself.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The hosts were very kind and understanding and it was greatly appreciated! The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for our large family and the location is perfect for Zion. Would definitely recommend this home.

Beautiful house

We enjoyed our stay. The host gave us the best recommendation to e-bike into Zion which was great. Saved a lot of time on the shuttle. We enjoyed the hot tub and all the space in the house! Also liked being able to order pizza from the Resort. Very good pizza and convenient. We also used the resort shuttle to drop us off at the Observation Trail head. Overall a great experience.

Excellent!

We loved our time staying here! It is convenient to Zion NP, yet peaceful and serene. The house is well equipped. We appreciated being able to carry out dinner from Zion Ponderosa Resort. We enjoyed watching the star filled sky from the deck. Great experience!

Zion National Park Trip

We had a great stay at this house. The photos of the interior & exterior of the property are accurate, and actually don't do it justice. The host was super easy to communicate with and all responses were very prompt. The house was very clean when we checked in - if we could give more than 5 stars for cleanliness, this property earned it. The house is really well stocked with supplies and equipment, especially the kitchen. All the beds we used were comfortable and there are extra blankets which came in handy on the colder nights. The welcome book at the house is packed with helpful information and the host provided some additional recommendations for restaurants. The house is convenient to the East Entrance to ZION NP. The neighborhood where the house is located is very quiet. We would definitely stay at this house again if we are in the area.

Amazing Home!

This house was fantastic. When they say it is fully stocked they are not kidding. They had every type of pot and pan, most food staples and everything you need. The grill was in excellent condition. The hot tub is very nice and all the rooms were great. They have an amazing binder at the house with so many suggestions on what to do. Zion is 25 minutes away and Bryce Canyon is about an hour and a half. It is a bit remote, but most things are in this area. I would stay here again in a second.

Head of family

My family stayed for 3 nights and days. We were able to visit Zion, coral pink sand dunes and Bryce Canyon (OMG). Each night it was really fabulous to drive back ans be able to relax and use the amenities, either siting in the hot tub, playing ping pong or just watching TV. We had 2 barbeques and ate on the large deck. The whether was perfect and the night sky's were awesome. Thanks to this retreat we were able to real Lily enjoy both the days and evenings. Thank you so much.

Awesome Zion and Bryce Base Camp

Thank you for letting my family stay in your cabin for the beginning of our Mighty 5 vacation. We had a great time and your cabin was wonderful. It was beautiful, spacious and had all of the amenities that we needed. I can tell you put a lot of thought and care when you built it. It was awesome! No issue with animals other than some lizards just outside the garage door at night. One of the bathtubs in one of the upstairs bathrooms drains slowly, but I'm sure it'll be fixed ASAP since Steve is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nice house in Zion Ridge

The location of this house is perfect for Zion Park, away from Springdale, which is what we wanted. There was plenty of room and the kitchen was fully stocked which was great because we cooked all our own food. Check-in was later than agreed, but I think Steve thought we were staying at his other property, which was ready when we arrived. It is a perfect place to relax. Its close to the East gate entrance for hiking. The huge deck was great for relaxing and hanging out. The hot tub was freshly filled with clean water. The fire pit was a huge hit for s’mores. The deck needs some repair but there are decking planks that look like they are ready for instal by the house. I would stay here again, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Thank you Steve!

This Lodge Like House has it all.

This house is like a lodge and fits a visit to Zion National Park. We didn’t have to bring any household items. Everything you need from cleaning supplies to trash bags are provided. The furniture was comfortable and the hit tub felt great after all of our hikes. Including the available entrance to the Overlook Hike. The only negative was the distance and time to Springdale or Kanab to purchase groceries or souvenirs. It would have been less inconvenient for the driveway not to have been resurfaced during our stay but we imagine it was a neighborhood issue. We had a wonderful stay and we would recommend this property for anyone’s stay at Zion. It’s also drivable to visit Bryce Canyon. Thank you for sharing your property.

Awesome vacation home!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the beautiful home. The pictures on the site did not capture the beauty and details of the home. There were 9 of us and we all had plenty of room. It was great to have a stocked kitchen, pots, pans, plates, spices, etc. We appreciated the large family table in the dining area so we were able to all sit down and eat together. The patio was perfect for those evening bar-be-ques while the teens were enjoying the spa. The teens enjoyed some of the games and completed the Zion puzzle. We spent most of our time in Zion and a day trip to Bryce. It was beautiful. A prior review noted that the grocery stores were a distance. We did not find that inconvenient at all. As a matter of fact we drove down (we could have walked) to the Ponderosa Resort and for ice and a few grocery items. We also took advantage of the Resort and a few of us went horseback riding. It was also nice that the manager on site called us the first day to see if we needed anything. She also followed up the evening prior to our departure to see if there were any problems. Thanks Steve for opening your home to us. We hope to return some day. It was perfect!

Lovely spot to celebrate

We spent Thanksgiving here with two families and the close proximity to Zion made the trip so special. We enjoyed the privacy away from all the hustle and bustle. This is a great house to hang out in, for cooking big meals and enjoying time with friends

Perfect for a large group

The property was beautiful and exactly as pictured online. We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space. There are two bedrooms with attached bathrooms, so this was a great property for multiple families to share-- each couple had their own "master" bedroom. Laundry was great-- totally necessary after days of hiking around Zion. The property was very private- we never saw other neighbors and had plenty of outdoor space. The hot tub was perfect- very roomy and so relaxing at the end of the day. Had plenty of seating and dishes for our large group. Well stocked kitchen. We did not run out of toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags-- all were well supplied. Only con- the ping pong paddles were plastic and not usable (no rubber side for grip or regular play). The balls were mishapen, maybe from use? We had hoped to play more in that space but for a ping pong loving family- this area wasn't quite what we were hoping for. Overall, this house was really wonderful and I would definitely recommend for a trip to Zion (we even took a day and went to Bryce Canyon as well-- the drive was totally doable!)

Very beautiful home in the mountains

We all enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this home! Very spacious and it has everything you need. It is located in a remote area so get your groceries and stuff before you go. The host is very friendly and was there to answer any and all of our questions in a timely manner. I would definitely stay here again! Tim

Perfect Location!

We stayed here as part of a family reunion at Zion Ponderosa. The home is located in close proximity to the resort and was perfect for our needs. The home is comfortable, well-equipped and offered us a great place to stay while taking advantage of the resort activities.
