Welcome to our 3-bedroom property With a separate self-contained 1 bedroom, guest house (separate fee) is the perfect place for you and your family including a fully fenced pet friendly yard.

The township is a 20-25 minute walk or a 3 minute drive.
We are operating as the classic Kiwi Bach, you are required to clean the property ready for the next guest on your departure. Hence NO CLEANING FEES and 11am check out.
Guests are required to provide their own linen and towels.

The space:
There is free unlimited Wi-Fi, a 55" flat screen Smart TV with Freeview.

You will be kept warm in the winter and cool in the summer with a Heatpump. There is a fireplace with wet back for plenty of hot water. Supplied firewood in lean to (watch your head, low roof)
Conservatory to relax and enjoy views.

Listing is for the Main 3-Bedroom House.

For an additional Fee ($100 per night + vrbo fees) You can also rent GuestHouse
To activate fee put 9 guests.
Guesthouse has heat pump and Gas Hot water. One bedroom, queen bed.
Own Kitchen, fridge/freezer, oven and double element Hob and cooking utensils.
Shower, toilet, Laundry.
Lockable Garage (remote) for your Car and Bicycles.
2 car parks at front of house 2 carparks at rear of house.

You may need to keep driveway clear as right of way for guesthouse.
As owners we reserve to right to occupy the guesthouse at any time whilst renting the main house, unless you have booked it (you have priority). We can let you know at time of booking. We will generally keep to ourselves unless you want to chat.

NOTE: No campervans, or high sided vehicles down the driveway as,
LOW CLEARANCE house roof (Lean to). Low side Clearance 2050mm (2.05 Metres) or (approx. 6.7 feet).

Master Bedroom Queen Bed walk in robe (storage for extra blankets etc).
2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed.
3rd Bedroom has a Single Bed & Double bunk with upper Single Bed.
Bathroom has underfloor heating. Turn on with switch on the side of controller and manually adjust temperature, needs 30min to warm up.

There are some games, books and even a guitar to try out.
Enjoy mountain views from the deck and on clear nights the stars are awesome.

There's Mountain Biking, walking tracks, fishing, Golf, hunting and so much more in Hanmer with plenty of places to eat too.

Please pick up your Dog doo. Rubbish / recycle bins (3x) alongside driveway

Remember: You need to bring you own sheets pillowcases and towels, and leave the place clean and tidy.
