**The Space**
Our property is a **3DK (3 rooms + dining/kitchen), 46㎡ private house**.
* **Maximum Capacity:** 6 guests (1 Queen Bed + 4 Single Futon sets).
* **Recommended Occupancy:** 2 to 4 guests for maximum comfort.

**Facility Details**
A beautiful, airy single-story house featuring traditional structural beams.
* **Living Room (6-tatami mats):** A relaxing space with a sofa and low table. We recommend enjoying the view from the lower perspective unique to Japanese homes. Can be used as a bedroom by using the futons in the closet.
* **Master Bedroom (3-tatami mats):** Equipped with a Queen-size bed.
* **Japanese Room (4.5-tatami mats):** Located near the entrance. Perfect for reading or tea. Suitcases can be stored in the closet. Can also serve as an additional bedroom.
* **Dining & Kitchen:** A bright room with a skylight. Features a dining table for four, full kitchen facilities, and a washer/dryer.
* **Bathroom:** Compact, clean, and comfortable.
* **Vanity/Washbasin:** Renovated for modern convenience while maintaining a retro charm.
* **Toilet:** Equipped with a modern bidet (Washlet).
* **Loft (2nd Floor):** For guest safety, the loft is off-limits for entry, but you can view the traditional wooden roof framework from below.

> **Note:** There are 2 AC/heating units. As this is a 70-year-old wooden structure, please understand that it may feel a bit chilly during the winter months.

* **Essentials:** Towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.
* **SDGs/Eco-Friendly:** Please **bring your own toothbrush**. We are committed to reducing plastic waste.
* **Cooking:** 2-burner IH stove, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, rice cooker, and full cookware. We provide various plates and wine glasses. Enjoy handmade pottery cups by the owner’s father and a Matcha green tea set by the owner’s mother.

**Important Notes**
* **Accommodation Tax:** Effective April 1, 2026, Hiroshima Prefecture will introduce an accommodation tax. A fee of **200 JPY per person per night** will be collected.
* **Cancellations:** Per our policy, changes to reservations cannot be accepted once the cancellation period has begun.
* **Check-in/Out:** Early check-in may be possible depending on availability (please inquire). We **do not** offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. Please use lockers at the station or airport.
* **Guest Form:** By law, all guests must complete a guest form. Non-residents of Japan are required to submit a copy of their passport.
* **Cleaning:** Standard cleaning occurs after check-out. For stays over one week, mid-stay cleaning/trash collection can be arranged for an extra fee. Please leave the house in a reasonable state; extra cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
* **Parking:** 2 spots available next to the building. The road in front is **one-way**. We are not responsible for accidents or issues occurring on or off the premises.

**House Rules**
1. **Strictly No Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited anywhere on the property (indoors, outdoors, balcony, parking). A **50,000 JPY specialized cleaning fee** will be charged if smoking is detected.
2. **No Hair Dyeing:** Prohibited in the bathroom/vanity. A **50,000 JPY fee** applies for violations.
3. **No Shoes Indoors.**
4. **Quiet Hours:** Located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum and avoid conversations outside between **9:00 PM and 7:00 AM**.
5. **Registered Guests Only:** Only confirmed guests are allowed on the premises. Unregistered overnight guests will incur additional charges. Please notify the host in advance for short daytime visits (e.g., relatives).
