House rules
âą NO PARTIES or excessive noise. Guests agree to observe quiet hours between 9 pm and 8 am.
âą NO SMOKING of any kind in the unit and on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $200.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odor.
âą Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at an additional ($300+ Tax) fee and $500 pet deposit.
The guest must inform about the pet right after the reservation.
One pet per unit max. The maximum weight limit is 25 lbs.
All dogs must remain on the leash while in public spaces. The pet owner must pick up all waste. Dogs must not exhibit excessive barking or other disturbing behaviors. The pet owner is responsible for all damages in the property.
Any violation of the policy will incur a $500.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to clean the unit.
