The modern, fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan living and dining area, creating an inviting space to relax after a day at the beach. With effortless indoor-outdoor living, this spacious townhouse is ideal for one or two couples or a small family.



Upstairs, both bedrooms are spacious and thoughtfully styled:



Bedroom 1 (Master): Features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, fly screens, and private ensuite. Drift off to sleep with the ocean breeze and the sound of waves in the background.



Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): Modern ensuite with shower, toilet, and vanity.



Bedroom 2: Includes two single beds (can be pushed together), air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a desk—perfect for a work-from-home getaway.

Step outside and enjoy multiple outdoor zones designed for relaxation, from your private patio to the cosy fire pit area—perfect for evenings under the stars.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse for their private enjoyment, including all indoor and outdoor areas.

Peregian Beach Village is also within easy reach, offering a vibrant selection of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and local markets. With its relaxed coastal vibe and strong community feel, Peregian is a favourite for both locals and visitors.

Getting Around:

While you can easily walk to the beach and nearby spots, we recommend having a car to explore the wider Sunshine Coast region, including Noosa, Coolum, and surrounding coastal destinations.



Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop located along David Low Way at the Peregian Water Tower just 580 metres away—approximately a 9-minute walk from the property.



Other Things to Note:

*Guests must comply with the Local Council Code of Conduct and all house rules during their stay.



*Pet-friendly: We welcome one small to medium-sized dog per booking (upon approval). A $50 pet fee per stay applies—please enquire prior to booking.



*Important: Dogs must not be left unattended at the property in line with Noosa Council regulations.



*Beach access: The closest beach is not dog-friendly; however, off-leash beaches are only a short drive away.



*Strictly no Schoolies or similar groups. Please do not request a booking if you are travelling for these purposes.
