Parking: 1 x off street parking in the internal garage (suitable for a small- medium sized vehicle). There is additional parking along the road, outside the apartment.



*Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the apartment or facing the outdoor entertaining area.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
