Enjoy easy access to resort amenities, onsite farmers market, and downtown adventures from this unique tiny home in the Village Farms Community of East Austin.... a unique, sustainable urban neighborhood surrounded by parks, trails, and an organic farm. It`s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet still close enough to all the Austin sights and attractions.

Home features include TV, outdoor fireplace, covered wrap-around porch with privacy screen, high ceilings throughout, galley kitchen, queen mattress in bedroom and large sectional couch with a queen fold-out bed.

All guests have exclusive access to beautiful resort amenities: 2 pools, a hot tub, gym, grills, pocket parks and fire pits (gas). Explore the Historic Bergstrom organic farmer`s market every Saturday morning (seasonally) for locally grown organic produce.
There is onsite parking for one vehicle next to the house. Please park additional vehicles in the overflow area next to the office and pool.

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property.

No loud music, events, parties, or large gatherings.

Quiet time is between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM.

Max occupancy is 4 guests. Do not exceed max occupancy at anytime.

No pets allowed.
