The Space:

Villa Blue Water accommodates up to six guests and features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a convenient pool bath. The home offers a bright, open living concept with tasteful furnishings and carefully selected décor.

The fully equipped kitchen and open living and dining areas create a welcoming space for spending time together, while large sliding doors open directly to the outdoor area and water views.



Guest Access:

Guests have full and private access to the entire home, including the pool area and boat dock.

Self check-in is available via lockbox with key. Detailed arrival instructions are provided prior to arrival.

Villa Blue Water is located in a quiet, upscale residential neighborhood in southwest Cape Coral. Shops, grocery stores, and restaurants are close by, some within walking distance. The popular Cape Harbour area with dining, marina, and nightlife is only a short drive away.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring Cape Coral and the surrounding areas. The central southwest location allows for quick access to shopping, dining, beaches, and marinas. For boating enthusiasts, the open river and Gulf of Mexico can be reached within minutes from the dock.
