The bright living area includes a comfortable seating area, dining space, and a remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. A separate game room with a pool table adds extra fun and entertainment.



Large sliding glass doors lead to the impressive outdoor area with a south-facing pool, spa, pool bar, and stunning lake views, creating the perfect setting for indoor-outdoor living and enjoying Florida’s sunshine year-round.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, including the private pool, spa, pool area, and dock. The property offers a private driveway and garage for convenient parking. Entry to the home is easy and secure via a lockbox with a key. Detailed check-in instructions and the lockbox code will be provided prior to arrival to ensure a smooth and contactless check-in experience.
