Spacious Condo on Top Floor w/ Balcony by Lucky Savannah

You’ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has five bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eleven Lucky guests.

This condo offers a secured entrance into the buildings lobby, with a shared elevator for ease of access to your unit! This condo boasts with natural light, and features a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together! Just off of primary suite, you can enjoy your private balcony overlooking Whitaker and York Street.

The five spacious bedrooms have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are three full bathrooms that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town. Two of the bathrooms are ensuite, while the third is located off of the hall, between the king and twin bedroom.

You’ll be steps away from the city’s most sought after attractions – bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more – are all within easy walking distance.

Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

It is very centralized, clean and spacious. However there isn’t any parking near by, not even a designated place to unload your car. The spots right by the unit are private. It would be nice if they owned a spot for unloading.

The unit can fit everyone nicely, however could use towel racks and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms. Basics like garbage bags and paper towel are supplied, but not enough. Kitchen has plenty of wine glasses, but more mixing bowls, pots/pans, cooking sheets, etc. are needed. Grills on the rooftop worked wonderfully. Unit seemed clean at first, but after walking on the floor with no shoes it was found to be dirty and sticky.

Savannah Stay

The overall property was nice and clean. The staff that manages the property was very polite and helpful every time we need assistance. The twin beds were uncomfortable for the adults the 2 larger beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much, so I don't know how well it was supplied. The biggest disappointment was the roof top area, the pictures placed on the website are not accurate. the only thing up there was metal tables and metal chairs and a couple dirty grills. No lounge chairs or cushion seating. The deck itself could use some work too. Not a comfortable atmosphere at all.

What I didn’t like is the amount of trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper we were given for 9 girls for a four day stay. I am almost positive I had to call every single morning to request more. On the second day the person said, “we just gave you some yesterday.” I said, “yes ma’am you did but we’ve used them”. We had close to 9 bags of trash throughout the weekend trying to keep the place as clean as possible. No cleaning spray or wipes. One roll of paper towels originally. No hot water out first night. Then accused of tampering with the water heater. Everything was handled and remedied quickly but certainly not without attitude and judgment.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was located in the heart of downtown Savannah and was within walking distance of all attractions. However, the condo was not worth what was charged in my opinion. The condo appeared clean and well-kept at first glance, but the attention to detail was missing greatly. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of making the experience a great one. Our condo was infact not clean, the sheets were stained making them look dirty, there was dust throughout the unit, and there was a $600 cleaning fee. What do they clean? Fire your cleaning crew. Invest a little more money in new sheets and NEVER use stained sheets. Make sure to sweep under the rugs. This is why I would not recommend this unit to a friend.

Great location, walkable to most

The location was great. We walked to pretty much everything we wanted to do. The house was clean and fit us all really well. The management company, Lucky Savannah, is very easy to reach and their office is nearby. They held our bags for us until check in. Lovely service. The only negatives I'd say is that it's the most sparsely supplied kitchen I've ever seen. We made a big dinner on our first night and had nothing to put the food in. We used pots and bowls with pot lids. There was maybe 2 frying pans and a pot in the entire kitchen. The house sleeps 11, but we only had bedding for 9 on the beds. If we had the full headcount we were supposed to have they would not have had sheets or pillows for the pullout. As it was some of our beds were missing blankets and I had to use my coat as a cover the first night because it was too late by the time I realized my bed had no blanket. No extra pillows were around either. We did request them the next day and received both pillows and a couple of blankets. It was cold in SAV when we visited so yes, a blanket was needed. And this is coming from us Midwesterners/Northerners who are used to the cold. :) The 3 interior rooms are windowless so they felt a little claustrophobic, but otherwise fine. Overall we enjoyed the place and the stay. Would stay again.

Bachelorette weekend stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this location because the bride had stayed in the same building before during another location and had a great experience. Overall we did too! One thing to note, the walls are VERY thin. We ended up getting a noise complaint Thursday night as the girls stayed up late talking (literally talking and laughing, no music and no screaming. Just laughing and talking as girls on a bachelorette would). But we were up late past the noise curfew (10pm) on Thursday. We could hear conversations through the walls for the other units as well. Between the 2 other bachelorettes and the guy nearby playing guitar in his unit, you could hear almost anything from any room. The apartment was very clean and perfect for our group!! Love that they have multiple twin beds and multiple rooms so girls didn’t have to share too many beds. Even the pull out bed in the couch wasn’t bad! It Came with a few kitchen supplies and plenty of towels. The balcony was great as well! Very cute and loved that it wrapped around! The location is almost perfect!! Walking distance to so much!! The only bummer is there are some restaurants that turn into bars in the evening that are just 1 block away, so whoever was sleeping in the corner rooms could hear EVERYTHING outside. Granted we stayed out late Friday and Saturday night so it wasn’t too much of an issue, but even being back at the apartment around 2:30am, the bars were still BUMPIN. The bars closed at 3, but the crowds stayed loud outside until almost 4am (between the obnoxious cars and the drunk screams).The location makes it worth it though (as long as you’re a group who stays out late) Also noting our AC did go out on us the first night. We put the ac as low as 69 and ended up clogging. The girls who stayed in the master suite had to deal with the AC leaking all night unfortunately. Luckily though the maintenance came right away in the morning and fixed it within 10-15 minutes. shoutout them for

The apartment itself comfortably fit 6 adult friends- we all got our own beds (only 2 people shared 1 room so it was really nice). Having 3 bathrooms was important with 6 women and even when one bathroom gave way (a major plumbing issue from the main line) maintenance was there very quickly and they even gave us the option to switch units (which we did). Savannah is a great place and I would call on Lucky Savannah again for our next stay!
