With direct beach access, start your day with a sunrise surf or stroll, then drift between the resort pool, spa, gym and sauna. Whether challenging the kids to tennis or relaxing with your pet at your feet, this 2 bed, 2 bath retreat is designed for your next holiday, just 5 mins from the airport and 15 mins to Maroochydore.



The Space:

This beautifully presented, bright, and spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment can comfortably sleep up to 4 to 6 guests.



Offering a modern, light-filled open-plan living space complete with air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a carefree stay. Slide open the doors to your private balcony to feel the sun shining down, catch the ocean breeze, and enjoy your own BBQ overlooking the lush resort grounds.



Our standard bedding configuration is one King bed and two King singles, perfect for up to four guests. We offer flexible options to suit your group, so please message us if you would like the two King singles joined into a King. Additionally, if you have extra guests and would like to utilise the Ecosa sofa bed, which can be configured as either a King or two King singles, please let us know so we can have everything ready for your arrival.

You’ll have full access to the entire apartment and all resort amenities for the duration of your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled between the Maroochy River and Coolum, Marcoola Beach is a tranquil coastal retreat known for its uncrowded shores and relaxed atmosphere. With golden sands stretching for miles, it's the perfect place for a morning stroll, an invigorating swim, or a day spent soaking up the sun.



For those who love exploring, Mount Coolum National Park is just a 7-minute drive away. The 800-metre climb to the summit is well worth the effort, rewarding hikers with breathtaking 360-degree views over the Sunshine Coast. If you're visiting on a Friday evening, don't miss the lively Marcoola markets, where you’ll find an array of delicious street food, live music, and a welcoming community vibe. On Saturday mornings, the local farmers market is the perfect spot to pick up fresh produce and artisanal goods.



With fantastic coffee spots, great dining options, and endless natural beauty all within easy reach, Marcoola is a destination that offers both relaxation and adventure in equal measure.

Other Things to Note:

Please note that this apartment is accessible via stairs only (no lift). Access requires 22 steps from the foyer or 30 steps from the basement parking.



Basement parking height restriction: 2 mtrs



This is a very quiet community, please restrict noise after 9pm.
