The main bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two singles with a third single trundle tucked away underneath that is easily pulled out for use.

One bathroom is located upstairs with the bedrooms and living areas and and a bathroom and laundry located downstairs that is accessed outside from the Games Room.

The Games Room has a Foosball table and room which connects to the large backyard, plenty of room for kids to play and explore. The local soccer field, tennis and basketball courts are just around the corner making it easy for family fun when not at the beach or swimming at the mouth of pristine Lake Conjola.
A short stroll takes you to the sandy shores of Manyana Beach, while the nearby bushland is alive with native wildlife, from curious kangaroos to colourful birdlife.

Whether you’re here for sun filled days, peaceful mornings, or cozy evenings, this welcoming retreat is the perfect place to create simple, memorable moments by the sea.
