Water sports equipment are available upon request (kayak, canoe, water board and paddle boat).
This space is also perfect for remote work as we have a desk and work station.
Perfect for a winter escape - ATV trails nearby as well.

- Water sports equipment is available upon request at an additional charge of $100 per day, however is free for stays 5 nights or longer. Available is one kayak, a canoe, paddle boat,and water board with life jackets for adults and children included.
*WATER sports equipment must be put away, if it isn’t an extra charge of $50 will be taken.
*PLEASE NOTE there is no public boat launch! Do not bring boat!

•LIMITED PARKING: PARK ONLY IN THE FOUR DESIGNATED DRIVEWAY SPOTS (4)- NO PARKING ON GRASS OR ROAD. You will be charged for parking on the road.
- NO PETS ALLOWED.
-NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE.
•INDOOR FIREPLACE IS OUT OF SERVICE- DO NOT USE
BRING OWN WOOD SUPPLY FOR FIREPIT OUTSIDE
- Bring Water bottles to drink and
cook as lake water system is in place.
- Please obey code of conduct as there are new by-laws in place, you will be charged if you break the code of conduct and cause an infraction.
-NOTE: we charge additional $50 per person per night after 8 guests. This is calculated automatically in the listing. If you show up to the cottage with more guests than you have booked for we will have to update the price.
