• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. South Fremantle is a friendly residential community, and sound travels easily through the sea breeze.
• No Parties or Events: Our home is a place for relaxation. In accordance with Airbnb's global policy, disruptive gatherings and large parties are strictly prohibited.
• Smoke-Free Home: For the comfort of all future guests, smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the house or on the terrace.
• Occupancy: Only the guests included in the confirmed booking are permitted to stay overnight. Strictly no visitors: the accommodation is for your exclusive use only.
