Great location and pretty little home. No lounge room but a lovely verandah for morning coffeeâs from the exceptional cafe across the road! Loved it.
The house has been well renovated to show off its historical value and has large rooms with ensuite to each of the rooms that have king beds (maybe super king?) in them. The kitchen has a table you can sit around as well. There is also a small sitting area in each of the bedrooms
Everything is finished off very nicely.
The house has a lovely communal sitting area on the front Veranda, where you can watch the traffic and people, or close the blinds.
Kitchen is well provisioned. Front yard is lovely and very close to many wonderful eating places with a bustling cafe/bakery diagonally across the road.
The property manager responded quickly to questions and was very polite and helpful
