Amazing property and Views

This condo well exceeded any expectations we might’ve had. The unit was so well maintained and cleanliness was top notch. Property managers were excellent to work with and communication was on point. Would highly recommend this unit!!

The condo itself was wonderful. The views exceeded our expectations! Too bad management of the complex did NOT heat the pool. Not enjoyable.

Spectacular Condominium!

The condo was beautiful and very clean with up to date amenities. The 15th floor view was just amazing with both significant ocean front, but to our surprise, also a great view to the north of both the inter coastal and Port Orange bridge. The owner/ management team of this particular condo unit were extremely easy and pleasant to work with! We would highly recommend this place… our family will be back. DV

Amazing condo with possible ghost resident

Absolutely amazing condo! Great views. Immaculate and modern decor. Great beds. But … while reading a book in bed late one night I heard very clearly a woman’s voice say “hello” and saw a faint light in master bathroom. Several nights later husband watching TV said someone said “Hey” and we both saw at different times a dark shadow come down hall wall and stop at master bedroom wall. Kitchen light came on one night and faint light was in dressing area.

None of our other guests have experienced any paranormal activity and we have hosted many. The property has been a vacation rental for a long time and no one has passed away in the unit.

Weather was a big problem! The blowing winds and sand made it impossible for most of our stay, the last week we couldn’t even have the sliding doors open, the winds were so strong it howled through the hallway entry door! The construction noise was much worse than anticipated. Access to beach and pool were not great. We got woke up at12:15 a.m. to an alarm telling us to exit the building, continuing to state it, said use the stairs, not elevator. This was awful!!! We both have mobility issues, neuropathy in feet and legs! When we were allowed back in another guest on the 15th floor gave me his elbow to grab on to. My muscles in my legs were shaking so bad! Only people on the 15th floor came down. Then on the weekend before we left new guests in the PH (16th) floor, above us were so terribly loud, hooting and hollering on the deck, moving furniture daily, children running back and forth…Sorry, we had planned to come back next year, but cancelled that plan, too many things steered us from it!

One of our favorite things to hear is that guests found their own little slice of paradise during their stay. We don't quite understand why you would reduce your rating because of poor weather which is outside of any host's control. Also, yes, sometimes fire alarms can happen in any property. It is very rare and absolutely not a fun time but the fire department has to clear the property for safety before people can enter again. Someone simply set off a smoke dectector while cooking on accident.

Luxurious and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed for 3 weeks and we had two grandchildren stay for one of the weeks. Condo was probably one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. Everything worked as expected except for the sliding door to the bedroom is quite stiff and difficult to open and close. That was the only thing that we would have any issue with, almost not worth mentioning it all. Communication with the property management was always open and responsive. The check-in process was very simple and straightforward. We saw guests at this building of all age ranges and everyone that we met was friendly. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the views from the balcony on this unit are very very nice. No complaints at all. Would recommend this to any family although it might be a bit elegant for very young children. Also included a wet bar area with wine cooler and anything that would be needed to create your own cocktails minus the alcohol of course. Dishwasher is quiet and excellent, washer and dryer are new and very good. We both love the shower in the master bathroom and having two separate rooms in the master bathroom for each sink is also wonderful.

With hurricane doors, they can be quite heavy to move and more difficult to simply lubricate than it would appear. We have coordinated with a hurricane door vendor to see if anything can be done but sliders being heavy in oceanfront complexes is something that is standard, as it's a safety precaution.
