GRATUITIES
Gratuities are expected: 8% minimum, 10% recommended, based on the rental amount after taxes and fees.

CONCIERGE SERVICE
A concierge will be assigned as soon as you finalize your villa reservation to help with pre-arrival coordination and during your stay: Coordinating airport transfers, golf cart rental, activities and excursions, massages, menu coordination, supermarket purchases.

AMENITIES INCLUDED
Private check-in at the property, Welcome drinks & snacks, Luxury Frederic Malle bathroom amenities, Cable TV & high-speed WiFi. Roundtrip airport transfer courtesy service from Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) may be arranged upon prior request and is subject to provider availability and scheduling conditions.

Please note that the airport transfer is a complimentary courtesy service coordinated through an external transportation provider.

Availability, pickup times, and service conditions may vary due to airport traffic, guest delays, or provider operational factors.

In case of delays or missed pickup, alternative transportation options are always available at the airport.

Holiday Season Payment & Cancellation Policy for Golf Carts:
During Holiday Season periods (Christmas, New Year & Thanksgiving), all golf cart rentals must be fully prepaid in order to guarantee the reservation. Cancellations are allowed up to 60 days prior to arrival. After this period, the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Bicycles: US$ 15–35

Supermarket Runs: US$ 50 per trip

Babysitting, massages, excursions, tee times available through concierge.

All service requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
