EARLY CHECK-IN REQUESTS:
May be possible however we do recommend you to plan around a 3pm check-in. When your place is ready, we will let you know. If you require earlier access, consider booking the night before if available. If a guest is checking out on the day of your arrival, housekeeping needs time to prepare everything and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS:
May be possible depending on bookings and housekeeping schedules. Please reach out the day before check out to see if this is possible.
STARTER SUPPLIES:
To manage expectations, we provide you with complimentary essential starter supplies for your stay. This includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, and a few other items for your comfort. This is not intended to last for the duration of your booking but to avoid having to immediately head to the supermarket on arrival.
LINEN: We supply high quality linen and bath towels for your stay.
LONG STAYS :
All stays 14-28 nights must have a mid-stay cleaning service at an additional cost. This allows for our team to periodically clean, maintain, and inspect the property. This is non-negotiable.
CHECK OUT
We don't want you to do a long list of chores before you check out. We just kindly ask that you put back furniture the way you found it (only if something has been moved), stack the dishwasher put the rubbish out. Our cleaners will do the rest.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
We do request that adult guests are over the age of 25 years of age. 18-24 years are welcome if staying with other adults over 25 years of age. Children are welcome.
