I would have liked to have given this a 5 star review but there were several reasons that I unfortunately can not.On arrival the apartment was clean and well stocked. We struggled to enter the building through the door in the garage, but eventually worked it out. The garage remote worked the night we arrived but then failed to work the next morning which was frustrating as we were meant to be in Cairns for a "meet up" and missed it because we couldn't get the car out. There was no code supplied for the front gate to the complex which was a little inconvenient as it was locked from around 7pm to 7/8am so you had to enter through carpark gate. There is a huge bath in the main bathroom that looks amazing but to use it you will drain the hot water tank so be careful of that if others would like a shower. The shower in the ensuite is quite small (just so you're aware) out of their control but worth a mention. There were little black beetle like insects that appeared every night in the 2nd bedroom, not sure where they were coming from or how they got in but they appeared every night and were all over the white sheets. The WiFi was useless, it just didn't work, it would say you were connected but failed to work on the computer or phone which meant hot spotting our phones the entire stay and you couldn't watch any streaming platforms due to the lack of WiFi signal.Having said all Belle Escapes were lovely and replied to any messages promptly.
