Bright, sunlit studio just footsteps from Bondi’s best - cafes on the corner, bars and restaurants up the road, and the beach under 250m away.
Close to everything, yet still feels like a tranquil oasis.

Start your day with coffee in the morning sun on the patio, or wind down with afternoon tea and sun-dappled light on the sofa.

This is my home when I’m not travelling for work - an OG Airbnb. Help yourself to pantry staples, fridge condiments and the ultra-comfy king size bed.

This spacious studio has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable getaway.

Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and an espresso machine for your morning brew. The pantry is also stocked with some of my favourite bits and pieces, which you’re welcome to enjoy throughout your stay.

The private sleeping area features a ridiculously comfy king-size bed, with soft curtains that can be drawn for extra coziness or left open to let the light pour in.

There’s plenty of space to unpack, with generous storage for clothes and suitcases, plus a full laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothesline.

The bathroom includes a large shower with great water pressure. Just outside, full-length mirrors in the hallway to make getting ready (or doing your fit checks) extra fun.

Outside, you have two sofa seats to unwind in the leafy courtyard - perfect for slow mornings or cheese and wine afternoons.

Beaches
Bondi Beach - is located 2 minutes walk
Tamarama Beach - is located 17 minute walk.
Bronte Beach - is located 28 minutes walk.
Bondi Beach is the safest of the 3 local beaches and is patrolled by professional lifeguards all year around.

You can do the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal. This walk takes 2 to 3 hours to complete the return journey. The walk does continue past Coogee to Maroubra for those who may want a longer walk.

Cafes, Restaurants, Bars
There are so many amazing cafes and restaurants you could treat yourself to for breakfast, lunch & dinner. A couple of my favourites shout outs are:

Shop & Wine Bar - delicious salads for lunch and dinner
Gertrude & Alice - Cafe & Bookstore for afternoon tea in a cosy book nook

There is also a Woolworths 6 minute walk away for any supplies required during your stay.

Extra details
1. **Lost Key Fee:**
If the key is lost, a $250 fee will be charged.

2. **No Partying Policy:**
No parties are allowed on the premises. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbors. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $1500.

3. **No Smoking Policy:**
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and courtyard. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500.
