Multiple entertaining areas, loads of amenities, room for the whole family, and a fantastic location make this holiday home impossible to top.
Step into total relaxation and peace of mind and away from the hustle and bustle. This gorgeous modern home flows seamlessly from room to room with its tranquil coastal theme. It was professionally designed with comfort and convenience in mind, from the foundation to the finishing touches, which will be obvious to you the moment you arrive. Enter through the two car garage or the front portico and be greeted by the spacious study, which is perfect for those in your group who appreciate a serene place to relax with a good book, journal, or plan your itinerary.
The next space you’ll encounter is the ground-level bedroom, which has a comfortable queen bed (speaking of, every bed and mattress is brand new, so you’re sure to have a restful and refreshing stay). Not only will you find high-end mattresses and memory foam pillows, but all of the linens, from bed linens to bathroom and kitchen linens, are top-quality. Sliding into bed at night will be like melting into the clouds.
As you continue into the home, you’ll pass the stairs, laundry room with quality Bosch washer and dryer, iron, ironing board (a great convenience for extended stays), powder room, and cosy theatre / kids retreat (which is just the first of three lounge areas in the home). The open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area is the heart of the home, and likely where most of your holiday memories will be made.
The kitchen has everything a five-star chef could possibly desire—never-ending stone countertops where the sous chefs can be put to work, a massive island with seating for four so conversation can be had over glasses of wine or cocktails while the food is prepared, and every upscale appliance one could possibly need (90cm six-burner gas cooktop & convection microwave oven. The real gem of the kitchen just might be the fully stocked coffee bar with Nespresso Creatista Plus—a true luxury coffee machine. With eight different cafe-style coffee selections and a three-second heat up time, you’ll feel like a barista. There’s also a large walk-in pantry off from the kitchen.
The dining room, which has a gorgeous solid-wood dining table with seating for at least eight, is located just off the outdoor patio. Open the sliding doors to let the outdoors in, or take your meal outside. Better yet, have a BBQ on the new Weber grill, the kids will enjoy the luscious green grass of the private back yard.
Back inside, and just off the kitchen and dining rooms, is the living room with enough plush and stylish seating for your entire group. Put on a movie or break out the board games and enjoy some relaxing quality time together. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms (each with its own walk in robe) and two large bathrooms. Not only do the bathrooms come stocked with the softest and most absorbent towels, but you’ll also have the best soaps and lotions. The full bedroom/bathroom layout is as follows: • Bedroom 1/Bathroom 1/Master Suite (sleeps 2, upstairs): A true retreat bathed in sunlight. There’s a king bed and a large wall-mounted smart Roku TV. It is the perfect homebase from which to explore all of the breathtaking sights of the area. You must be over the age to 25 to make a reservation at our property. Please follow parking guidelines where provided. CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 3pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges may apply. Contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys. THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs. Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm. Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $70 (or $100 after hours) call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required. Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the property. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. HostyCo is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.
