The Hillview Hangout features three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and a bright open-concept living space that's perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Edmonton. The modern, well-equipped kitchen, dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and in-home laundry make longer stays just as comfortable as weekend getaways. Conveniently located in southeast Edmonton, The Hillview Hangout offers easy access to downtown, Rogers Place, Commonwealth Stadium, West Edmonton Mall, South Edmonton Common, and Edmonton International Airport.

Step outside to your own private backyard retreat. Soak in the hot tub, enjoy drinks at the outdoor bar, gather around the fire table beneath the string lights, or let your four-legged family members roam the fully fenced yard and private dog run.

The heart of the property is The Hangout – our heated retro arcade garage that's become a guest favourite. Play classic arcade games, watch movies or the big game on the 85-inch TV, or sink into the oversized sectional between games. It's the space guests remember most – and often the reason they can’t wait to come back!

When it's time to call it a night, retreat to one of three inviting bedrooms designed for a restful night's sleep. Comfortable mattresses, quality cotton linens, and cozy touches help you wake refreshed and ready for another day.

We know pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved four-legged guests! If you’re planning to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so we can prepare the home with your stay in mind.

• Pet fee: $50 per pet, per stay
• Enjoy our fully fenced yard and private dog park, designed for safe, off-leash play
• Please help keep the space clean and welcoming for all guests

🐾 PET RULES

• Always clean up after your pets, both indoors and outdoors. Waste bags are provided.

• Pets must be supervised at all times, indoors and outdoors.

• Pets may not be left alone on the property at any time, whether inside the home or outside.

• Please use the private dog park responsibly and leave it tidy for the next guests.

• If a pet has an accident or causes any damage, let us know right away so we can address it promptly.

• Keyless entry—your custom code will be sent after booking.

• Exterior security cameras are installed at the front of the home for safety.

📅 EVENTS

The Hillview Hangout is available for small gatherings, celebrations, and special events including birthdays, staff parties, and intimate weddings (with prior approval). If you’re interested in booking the property for an event, please reach out to inquire — we’ll be happy to discuss options and requirements.

🏠HOUSE RULES

House rules are in place to ensure a safe, enjoyable stay for all guests and our neighbours.

• Please clean up after yourself and your pets

• Notify us immediately of any accidents or damage

• Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if required

• No smoking, vaping or the use of illegal substances anywhere on the property, including inside the home and garage, and all outdoor areas (deck, patio, hot tub area, outdoor bar, playhouse area, and private dog park). Violations will result in a $525 fee, plus any loss of income if smoke-related issues affect future reservations.

• Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is granted.

• No parties or events without advance written approval.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. (as per Edmonton’s quiet time bylaw)

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 11:00 a.m. | Late check-out may be available upon request; a $50 fee may apply

🎮 THE HANGOUT RULES

• No food or drinks on game tables, arcade machines, or electronics

• Quiet hours must be respected

• After 10:00 p.m., the overhead garage door must be closed to reduce noise

• Children must be supervised at all times, especially when using games and equipment

♨️HOT TUB RULES

• Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m.

• For registered guests only

• Shower before use; hot tub towels only (provided)

• No soaps, oils, bubble bath, food, drinks, or glassware

• Only potty-trained children permitted

• Proper swimwear required

• Do not tamper with hot tub controls or chemical equipment

• Replace the cover after use

If glass, debris, or prohibited substances are found in the hot tub, a $500 drain and cleaning fee will be charged.
