Wake up to birdsong, enjoy coffee on the sunny deck, or fire up the BBQ as the sun sets. Whether you’re here for surf, sand, or just a bit of quiet, this is the perfect base for a laid-back Raglan escape.

You will have private access to the entire house and outdoor area for your stay.

• Free Wi-Fi provided. Smart TV with app access only (Netflix, Neon, YouTube, On Demand etc.) – please use your own logins.
• No pets.
• All bed linen and bathroom towels are included (bring your own beach towels).
• Stays over 5 nights: extra bathroom linen provided.
• Stays over 10 days: extra bed linen available on request for you to change; our team can collect used linen at an agreed time.
• An end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in your reservation. Cleaning products and equipment are supplied for guest use during your stay.
• Mid-stay cleaning/bed-making is only available if arranged in advance and will incur an additional cost.
• BBQ available – please clean after use with the products provided. Extra cleaning may be charged if left dirty.
• EV charging is not permitted onsite. A fast charger is available in Raglan town centre next to the town hall on Bow Street.
• Lost property: minimum $20 handling fee (any size) plus courier/packaging to return items.
• No pets.
• No indoor smoking. Outdoor smoking is OK if responsible – dispose of butts before departure.
• Strictly no more than booked guests (max 6). Extra charges apply for exceedances.
• Quiet hours: 10pm–9am (residential area).
• Zero tolerance for parties/events – vacate immediately if suspected.
• Rubbish: 1 full blue bag allowance. Take excess away or to the local station (see house folder).
• Recycling: 1 full bin allowance. Excess taken away or $25/box charge.
• Lost property: $20 min fee (any size) + courier/packaging.
• Motion-sensor camera at entrance for security; footage reviewed if misconduct is suspected.
