With a fold-down sleeper-sofa, this cozy space is versatile not only for the occasional overnight guest but also functions as a sweet little office, art studio, or homework hub for finishing up their homework before heading out to the beach.

Not only is the home a mere 5-minute walk to Shoreline Park with a kids' playground and ocean view walking path for strolling kids and chasing dogs, but just a few minutes further is Leadbetter Beach with great surfing and a vast array of picnic facilities (barbecues, tables, rentable areas for larger group activities) Downtown is also a very short 8-10-minute drive, with plenty of parking throughout town. E-bikes are everywhere for adventurous guests!

Happily, Santa Barbara City College is within walking distance too. Run the track, tackle the stadium stairs with a vengeance, or enjoy a fast-paced, local football game, or graduation ceremony. Afterward, head across the street and plop down with toes in the sand and order a fabulous, well-deserved margarita and tasty bowl of clam chowder at Shoreline Cafe. Yum!
