The Space:

Nestled in the heart of the Onetangi wine valley, Cypress Ridge Estate is a boutique working vineyard and olive grove that captures the true, rustic spirit of Waiheke Island. More than just a place to stay, the estate offers a peaceful retreat for visitors to unwind within a landscape of silver-green olive trees and grapevines.



The estate is perfectly positioned for those who love great food and the outdoors. We share borders with some of the island’s most iconic vineyard restaurants, including Casita Miro, Stonyridge, and Te Motu, making it easy to stroll over for a meal. When you're ready for the sea, a scenic ten-minute walk takes you straight to Onetangi Beach, widely considered the most beautiful stretch of sand on the island.



Whether you're exploring the groves or heading down to the surf, Cypress Ridge Estate offers an inviting blend of countryside calm and easy coastal living.



Guest Access:

The cottage is very private for guests. We welcome guests to explore the property and are happy to share local knowledge and assist in any way.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet neighbourhood surrounded by vineyards, local wineries, and scenic, tranquil views.



Getting Around:

The property is 10/15 minutes walking to Onetangi Beach Bus stop. There are 6 vineyards at walking distance from the Estate.



Other Things to Note:

Please shower before using the spa pool.

We have free range chickens at the Estate. If you bring your dog, please keep them on a leash when outside and do not leave your dog unattended at any time.
