Inside, the home is light-filled and comfortable, with a spacious living area and a functional kitchen equipped for easy holiday meals. The two bedrooms provide a restful place to retreat after a day at the beach, while the bathroom is clean and practical.



Outside, there’s plenty of space to enjoy the coastal air, whether it’s a morning coffee in the sun or a relaxed afternoon on the huge deck with friends. The property also features a fully fenced yard and is pet-friendly (pet fee applies).

• Age Requirements - Minimum Age to book 21years old

• Check-in starts 3pm and check-out will be 10am

• No Parties or Events – Our homes are for family holidays and peaceful getaways only. Parties, functions and commercial events are not permitted without prior written approval.

• Guest Numbers & Noise – Only registered guests may stay. Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm and 8am.

• Pets & Smoking – Pets are welcome only at approved pet-friendly properties, and smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Care & Cleanliness – Please treat the home with care, report any damage immediately and leave it tidy upon departure.

• Rubbish & Parking – Dispose of rubbish in provided bins and park only in designated areas.
