The home comfortably sleeps larger groups across four bedrooms:



- Master bedroom with king bed and open ensuite



- Queen bedroom with direct access to the main bathroom

- Family bedroom with a tri-bunk and single bed, perfect for kids



The main bathroom features a spa bath and separate shower, providing a great place to relax after a day exploring the coastline.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs level of the home, which includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. Please note the garage and downstairs areas are not accessible to guests.

Guest Access:

Entry is via a lockbox, with the code provided through your booking platform and via text message prior to your arrival.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire upstairs level of the home, which includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. Please note the garage and downstairs areas are not accessible to guests.

Just a short 5-minute drive to the Malua Bay IGA for everyday essentials or Club Malua for a relaxed family meal. Only 15 minutes from Batemans Bay, where you’ll find a wider range of shopping, dining, and activities to complete your coastal getaway.



Other Things to Note:

We ensure our property is stocked with all the essentials, including tea, coffee, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry and kitchen supplies. For anything beyond the basics or specific to your needs, we recommend bringing your own to ensure a comfortable stay.



This property is provided with all linen and towels, although we do ask guest to bring their own beach towels.



Please note that this property doesn't have wifi.
