The home is ideal for Monash University students, visiting researchers, hospital staff, or workers involved in the Suburban Rail Loop Clayton project. The location is extremely convenient. Public buses stop directly in front of the house with easy access to Monash University, Monash Hospital, and Clayton Shopping Centre. Clayton Train Station is also nearby, offering a quick train ride to Melbourne CBD in around 20 minutes.
For guests who enjoy the coast, Mentone and Mordialloc beaches are only a short drive away. The property is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood while still being close to shops, restaurants, and public transport.
