Cozy 2 bedroom bungalow so close to the falls, you can hear the distinct roar of the waterfalls at night!

Master bedroom has a queen size bed and a full size crib.

2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

*During the winter months, our back dining room gets cold, we do have a portable heater, however it does take some time to warm up, please be aware and book at your discretion*

Please note we do not allow parties at the property. Smoking of any kind is absolutely not permitted inside the house.

The house is video monitored, and there are security cameras set up around the perimeter of the home. Front doorbell camera is audio enabled. No cameras are inside the house.

Person that's booked the property is required to be present for the duration of the booking. If you're looking to book for someone else, you must notify us and request advance approval.

The neighborhood is peaceful. Please respect the property and our neighbors. City of Niagara has a strict noise by-law, please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00pm.

We're fairly easy going, and we've been told we might even be considered hip and cool...It is fair to expect our home to be treated appropriately (i.e. common sense practice such as "Would you do this if it were your own home?"). If you and your guests are not treating our home, property and neighborhood with respect, you will be asked to leave immediately, with no refunds on remaining days, and also be billed accordingly for damages are incurred.

*The number of guests booked is the number of guests allowed. Connect with us if you have questions regarding this matter or have unique circumstances that you'd like to discuss. If you're reasonable, we're reasonable, we'd be open to see if we can work something out with your needs. Transparency is key.

Our city's waste collection are Friday mornings. We kindly ask our guests that do have garbage to bring the bins to the curb Thursday evening or Friday morning (before 8:00am) for waste truck pick up.
