Upstairs features three bedrooms including the master suite with queen bed and ensuite complete with spa bath. A shared bathroom services the remaining upstairs rooms. Downstairs offers two additional bedrooms and another shared bathroom, making the layout ideal for extended families or multiple groups staying together.

Step outside and enjoy the coastal lifestyle with a gas BBQ, two outdoor showers — perfect after a beach day — and outdoor areas to soak in those panoramic Peninsula views.

Parking is available in the driveway for up to four cars. Please note the garage is not accessible to guests and parking on the nature strip is not permitted.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
