The Space:
This brand-new, generously sized three-bedroom home perfectly captures the sun with its prime north-facing aspect. The ground floor is dedicated to effortless living, featuring an expansive open-plan kitchen and lounge that flows through sliding doors onto a large deck - the ultimate setting for summer BBQs. Practicality is built-in with a single internal-access garage, keypad entry, a full alarm system, a heat pump, and abundant storage.
Upstairs, the home continues to impress with a large, fully tiled family bathroom and three well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite is a private haven, offering its own heat pump, a walk-in wardrobe, and an ensuite. A second large, north-facing double bedroom ensures everyone enjoys the warmth and light this modern property provides.
The Neighborhood:
Architecturally designed by Figure & Ground, this striking townhouse sits on the edge of Merivale and St Albans and has been built to an exceptional standard.
Conveniently located near Merivale Mall and just a short stroll from Malvern Park. Local favourites like Meshino Café are right around the corner, and the full Merivale shopping experience is easily within reach.
Getting Around:
There is a garage for you to park in and also plenty of free street parking available. Buses, taxis, Ubers and Lime scooters are readily available in this location.

Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days.
For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. This service can be booked through your personal Guest Boarding Pass.
Interaction with Guests:
Emails and in-app messaging is monitored 9am - 5pm, 7 days a week. For urgent matters we are available by phone 24/7.
