The Space
The home offers three large bedrooms, all with built-in robes, comfortably accommodating families or groups. Two bedrooms feature premium queen beds, while the third includes two king singles that can be joined to form a king bed, offering ultimate flexibility for children or friends traveling together.

With two full bathrooms plus an additional powder room, mornings are seamless even for larger groups. The rare convenience of secure, off-street parking adds an extra layer of ease to your stay.

Inside, the expansive living and dining area centers around a warm gas-log fireplace, complemented by ducted heating and cooling throughout to ensure year-round comfort. A second, traditional formal lounge room overlooks the park, providing a peaceful retreat for quiet mornings or much-needed extra space. The chef’s Miele kitchen, complete with a butler’s pantry, is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. From here, the living space flows effortlessly to a completely private garden sanctuary—perfect for indoor-outdoor living, long lunches, or relaxed evenings.

We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

To help protect the flooring, we kindly ask guests not to wear stiletto or high-heeled shoes inside the property.

Your booking is for the whole property. Shortly before your arrival date you will be provided with details on how to access the property. Linen, bath towels and starter amenities are provided for your convenience.

Sorry no bucks and absolutely no schoolies bookings of any kind, not even quiet ones :)
