Cozy Condo Near DT ATX – Ideal for Extended Stays

This one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers comfort without fuss – perfect for budget-conscious travelers. Inside, you’ll find tall ceilings and the kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essential appliances – refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal – plus there’s a washer and dryer in-unit for your convenience. Step through the back door to your private covered patio and fenced grassy area, a quiet spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evenings.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo during their stay. You’ll enter through a private front door (no shared entrance) and have the place all to yourself. Feel free to use the fully equipped kitchen for cooking, the in-unit laundry for longer stays, and the private patio out back. The condo is part of a small community, so you’ll also have access to shared amenities like the community swimming pool when it’s open. Parking is hassle-free: one reserved parking spot is included right in front of the unit, and there’s plenty of guest parking available if you have an extra vehicle or visitors. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi and central AC/heat to make your stay comfortable. Essentially, everything in the condo – from the closet space to the kitchen utensils – is available for you to use. Make yourself at home!

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro`s website).
We have security cameras outside our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests` privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.

5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don`t expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
