The home is surrounded by a lush, established garden that invites you to slow down and breathe. At the back of the garden, youâll find direct access to a quiet, private parkâknown only to locals and wonderfully secluded from public view.
A large deck overlooks both the garden and the peaceful park, making it the perfect place for morning coffee, or unwinding at sunset. Step inside and feel the tranquility flow through the spaceâthis is truly an ideal escape from busy life.
There is a enchanted bush walk from Godwin Beach to Sandstone point about 3km, total approximately 1-1.15 hrs on the internal tracks.
