Family Beach House

Renovated beach house just steps from the sand. A spacious and beautifully appointed holiday house designed for comfort, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. Ideal for families and small groups. This inviting coastal location places you within walking distance to the Dawn Cafe for your daily caffeine hit, the Ocean Grove Hotel for dinner and drinks and of course, the beach. This relaxed beach house is central to all shopping centres, recreation facilities and only 1.5km from Ocean Grove's main street, The Terrace. A 6-minute drive to Ocean Grove Main Beach and 3-minute drive to the main street, where plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars await. Our coastal retreat offers multiple outdoor nooks and entertaining areas. Enjoy your morning coffee whilst listening to the waves crash and relax in the afternoon sun out back, in our cozy outdoor living set up.

The house is a very comfortable 4-bedroom home that sleeps 8 people (maximum 6 adults or a combination of adults and children making up 8 people). The house includes an undercover outdoor entertaining area with a full-size BBQ, a deep bath in the bathroom and a gas log fire for those colder nights. A reverse cycle air conditioner is great for the warmer weather, and heats in the winter. Ducted heating also runs through the whole house. All bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans above the beds.

Free unlimited internet access with a smart tv in loungeroom. The master bedroom also includes a tv with a chrome cast to connect your phone. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining and living area and includes a dishwasher.

The property has undercover parking and a very secure yard for children or pets. For the kids there are toys and books in each kid’s room and in the toy, nook situated in the main living room. There are plenty of games and puzzles for kids and families to play together. The front and back yard offers a swing set, monkey bars and trampoline.

Our house allows pets outside only. A maximum of two dogs. Dogs are strictly to stay outside. Dogs kennels are provided. Please pick up after dogs during your stay.

Linen and towels provided. Soap will be in each shower.

Strictly no parties or loud music (respecting our beautiful neighbourhood)

At the end of your stay:
-please dispose of all rubbish and recycling in appropriate big bins outside
- please place all dishes either washed and back in their spots or washed in the dishwasher
-please strip all sheets, pillowcases and doona covers on the beds that were used
-please pick up dog waste and dispose of in red bin out the front
-please leave our home the way you found it
