Guests enter The Fairway House by taking the exterior stairs to the front door of this home. Upon entering the home, you'll find the home's light & airy great room with an open floor plan layout between the living room, dining room and kitchen areas. You will also find the primary suite, the laundry room and the stairs to the remaining en suite bedrooms on the upper levels of the home. The king suite, queen suite and stairs to the bunk bedroom (which are located on the top floor) are located on the second floor. You may access the back decks via the living room, dining area and primary suite.

Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. Please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers and golf carts are not permitted. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.
Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM â 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
