Welcome to Tees By The Sea! We are delighted you have chosen to enjoy your vacation in our home and hope you have a wonderful, memorable stay on Cape Cod. Our home provides cozy spaces to spread out and comfortable spaces to gather together. We love playing games in the Great Room or watching movies together. With many great cooks in the family, our large, fully equipped kitchen allows us to cook alongside one another in harmony. Our guests really like having a living/sleeping space in the basement as an escape for a bit of peace and tranquility. The large backyard is a playground for both adults and children with a deck for unwinding, a fire pit, and games like corn hole and bocce ball. During the day, we enjoy watching the golfers at the Bass River Golf Course across the street from our front porch and out our front windows. The sunrises over the golf course are gorgeous! Being early risers, we often walk the course with our coffee, savoring the peace and quiet and the beauty of the Bass River. In the opposite direction, at the end of our street, is the Blue Rocks Golf Course. Both courses are within walking distance. Not a golfer, not a problem! We chose the Yarmouth area as there is so much to do close to our home. Yarmouth has 10+ beaches nearby. There are three large grocery stores, many different types of shopping and dining opportunities, activities for children and young at heart like miniature golf and a water park, and recreational areas like Flax Pond with playgrounds, trails, and Pickleball. The Cape Cod Rail Trail for cycling and walking has multiple entry points nearby, including a bike rental shop by the entrance on Station Street. We love âvacationingâ in our beautiful home and we hope you will love your vacation here too!
