This stunning 1 bedroom suite is located in a beautiful, secluded property surrounded by lush trees, only a 3 minute drive (12 minute walk) away from shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach.

Here you can relax by the large designer pool, listen to the monkeys and observe hummingbirds and much other wildlife.

Lotus Suite

This is private suite was designed for couples and solo travelers to enjoy the comforts of Costa Rica. It's separate from the main house, but it shares the same outdoor spaces. Upon arrival you will find:

• A cozy bedroom with a king bed, a closet and a desk.
• A beautiful bathroom.
• A fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender and a toaster.
• A spacious living room with a big sofa and a smart TV.
• A private patio.
• A/C in every room.
• Fast Wi-Fi, perfectly suited for remote work.
• Bed linen, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.

As for the shared space outside, it includes:

• A stunning designer pool (27.2ft x 32.8ft) with a shallow lounging area and a deeper swimming section.
• A large shared patio with comfy sofas, a bar, a gas barbecue, and a bathroom.
• 2 outdoor showers.
• Secure on-site parking inside the gated property.
• A washer and a dryer (which you can use for a small fee).

Note that this area is shared with guests from 3 other rental units, offering a great opportunity to socialize and relax.

We kindly ask that parents actively supervise their children when they are in or near the pool.

No parties, and no smoking indoors.
