All of this sits over eight acres of tranquil and active beaver ponds, which create marshlands full of wildlife—moose, deer, elk, foxes, muskrats, all forms of water foul, and of course, beavers. Beyond the ponds is an unobstructed view of Dercum Mountain. A chic leather sofa and twin leather club chairs face a cozy gas fireplace and 4K Smart TV at one end of the room. At the other, a 4-seat dining table sits by a full-length mirror, with mountain views through French glass doors leading to the large furnished deck with southern exposure, partially shaded by pine trees. April through October is the most active time to view the wildlife.
